Custom Hoodies: 9 Profitable Halloween Ideas for USA Brands + Exclusive Startup Brand Offer

Custom Hoodies for Halloween 2026 USA startup brands by Elahi Vertex International

Halloween is becoming more than a one-night celebration in the United States. It is increasingly a full seasonal retail moment that begins well before October 31. For startup clothing brands, streetwear labels, activewear businesses, creators, clubs and online apparel sellers, that creates a valuable opportunity: launch products people can wear throughout fall rather than products useful for only one night.

One of the strongest products for that strategy is custom hoodies.

The National Retail Federation reports that Halloween spending in the United States was expected to reach a record $13.1 billion in 2025, while 73% of consumers planned to celebrate. Importantly for apparel businesses, consumers were expected to spend approximately $4.3 billion on costumes, and online search remained the leading source of Halloween inspiration.

The opportunity is also starting earlier. NRF’s September 2026 research says that by early August, 25% of consumers had already purchased at least one Halloween item, while 42% said fall weather inspires them to begin Halloween shopping.

For apparel founders, the lesson is simple:

Do not treat Halloween as October 31. Treat it as a seasonal collection window.

A Halloween collection does not have to mean disposable costumes. A startup brand can develop premium oversized hoodies, heavyweight streetwear, embroidered sweatshirts, zip-up hoodies, matching sets and limited-edition merchandise that customers can continue wearing after Halloween.

That is exactly where a capable custom hoodie manufacturer becomes important.

Elahi Vertex International is a custom sportswear and apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, supporting brands, startups, teams, academies, wholesalers, retailers and other international buyers with customized apparel manufacturing.

For startup brands considering their first Halloween or fall hoodie collection, there is another reason to start now.

Exclusive Startup Brand Hoodie Offer

For qualifying startup-brand custom hoodie orders:

Order 20 Custom Hoodies — Get 1 Additional Hoodie FREE

You order and pay for 20 custom hoodies.

Your startup receives:

21 custom hoodies in total.

Order 50 Custom Hoodies — Get 3 Additional Hoodies FREE

You order and pay for 50 custom hoodies.

53 custom hoodies in total.

The objective is straightforward: give emerging brands additional sellable inventory while helping them enter custom manufacturing without immediately committing to unnecessarily large quantities.

This guide explains 9 profitable Halloween custom hoodie ideas, what brands should understand before manufacturing them, what competing manufacturers currently offer, how startup brands can use limited production strategically, and why Elahi Vertex International can be considered for custom hoodie development.

Why Halloween 2026 Matters for USA Clothing Brands

Halloween purchasing behavior has changed.

It is no longer safe for apparel brands to assume consumers begin thinking about Halloween in the final weeks of October.

NRF describes Halloween as increasingly becoming a complete season, with consumers planning further ahead and retailers responding by bringing merchandise into stores earlier.

That matters for manufacturers and apparel brands because physical products require time.

A brand may need to complete:

  1. Concept development
  2. Artwork
  3. Fabric selection
  4. GSM selection
  5. Color selection
  6. Pattern development
  7. Size specifications
  8. Sample development
  9. Sample approval
  10. Printing or embroidery testing
  11. Labels
  12. Packaging
  13. Bulk manufacturing
  14. Quality control
  15. International shipping
  16. Photography
  17. Product-page creation
  18. Pre-launch marketing
  19. Influencer seeding
  20. Collection launch

Waiting until Halloween is already trending at its absolute peak can therefore be a mistake.

The better strategy is to manufacture while demand is developing.

20 Halloween Market Insights USA Clothing Brands Should Know

The following twenty points provide context for why a seasonal hoodie drop deserves consideration.

1. Halloween Is Becoming a Season

The National Retail Federation Halloween Data Center reports that consumers are increasingly shopping earlier.

This creates a longer promotional window for apparel.

2. Halloween Spending Is Enormous

NRF projected $13.1 billion in U.S. Halloween spending for 2025.

Startup brands obviously cannot capture the entire market. The useful point is that Halloween has substantial consumer attention and commercial activity.

3. Costumes Represent Billions in Spending

Consumers were expected to spend approximately $4.3 billion on Halloween costumes in 2025.

A hoodie brand should not interpret this as a reason to become a costume company. Instead, it demonstrates the scale of consumer willingness to spend on wearable Halloween products.

4. Consumers Search Online for Inspiration

NRF found online searches were the leading source of Halloween inspiration among consumers in its 2025 research.

That makes discoverable Halloween apparel content commercially relevant.

5. Early Shopping Is Already Happening in 2026

As of early August 2026, one-quarter of consumers surveyed by NRF had already purchased at least one Halloween item.

September is therefore not too early for a Halloween apparel strategy.

6. Fall Weather Triggers Halloween Interest

NRF reports that 42% of consumers say fall weather inspires them to begin Halloween shopping.

Hoodies fit naturally into this transition because they are also practical fall apparel.

7. Halloween Has Expanded Beyond October 31

NRF describes Halloween as evolving from a single night into a multi-week period of dressing up, decorating and celebrating.

That favors wearable merchandise over products with only one-night utility.

8. Apparel Can Extend Beyond Costumes

A Halloween hoodie does not need to look like a costume.

A subtle embroidered ghost, gothic typography, tonal pumpkin artwork or dark oversized silhouette can remain wearable throughout fall.

9. Limited Editions Create a Reason to Act

Startup brands often struggle because customers have no urgency.

A Halloween collection has a built-in deadline.

That can make a genuinely limited seasonal drop easier to communicate than another permanent basic hoodie.

10. Halloween Connects With Streetwear

Dark palettes, oversized silhouettes, graphic artwork, distressed finishes, gothic typography and statement embroidery can naturally overlap with streetwear aesthetics.

11. Halloween Can Support Storytelling

A brand can build a collection around a concept instead of selling unrelated graphics.

Examples include:

Midnight Collection

After Dark Drop

October Edition

Haunted Streets

Night Shift

Phantom Collection

The strongest concept should fit the brand identity rather than copying whatever happens to be trending.

12. Customers Are Price Conscious

NRF reported that 79% of Halloween shoppers in its 2025 research anticipated higher prices specifically because of tariffs.

That means brands must be careful with manufacturing economics.

A premium product still needs a believable value proposition.

13. Many Consumers Are Looking for Ways to Save

NRF found that 70% of consumers planned at least one cost-saving measure for Halloween in 2025.

This is another reason not to assume any Halloween graphic can command a premium price.

Fabric, construction, design and brand positioning need to justify the retail price.

14. Reusability Matters

A hoodie that works on October 31 and remains wearable in November has a stronger value proposition than a novelty garment that immediately becomes irrelevant.

15. Halloween Gives Startups Content Opportunities

One collection can generate:

  • Product photography
  • Behind-the-scenes manufacturing content
  • Sample reveals
  • Embroidery videos
  • Printing videos
  • Packaging videos
  • Countdown posts
  • Founder storytelling
  • Customer styling
  • Limited-drop announcements

The garment becomes both inventory and marketing material.

16. Hoodies Fit Fall Weather Better Than Summer Products

A brand launching seasonal apparel should consider the actual weather and customer use case.

For many U.S. markets, fall creates a more natural hoodie-purchasing environment than summer.

17. Halloween Designs Can Be Subtle

A Halloween hoodie does not require giant orange pumpkins.

Premium collections can use tonal embroidery, black-on-black graphics, washed finishes, small chest artwork, sleeve details and hidden design elements.

18. Startup Brands Can Test Rather Than Guess

A startup does not necessarily need hundreds of pieces before knowing whether customers want a concept.

Smaller production can be used as a commercial test.

19. Winning Designs Can Inform Future Collections

If customers respond strongly to an oversized washed hoodie with embroidery, the brand has learned something more valuable than merely whether ā€œHalloween sells.ā€

It has learned about:

  • Fit preference
  • Fabric preference
  • Color preference
  • Decoration preference
  • Price tolerance
  • Size demand

That information can influence future collections.

20. Halloween Can Lead Directly Into Holiday Apparel

A successful fall hoodie can transition a startup toward Black Friday, holiday gifting and winter collections.

Halloween should therefore be viewed as one stage in a larger seasonal apparel strategy rather than an isolated campaign.

9 Profitable Custom Hoodie Ideas for Halloween 2026

1. Heavyweight Oversized Halloween Hoodies

The heavyweight oversized hoodie is one of the strongest options for a startup trying to create a premium streetwear perception.

Instead of beginning with a generic blank, brands can specify:

  • Custom pattern
  • Boxy fit
  • Drop shoulder
  • Oversized sleeves
  • Double-layer hood
  • Ribbed hem
  • Custom cuffs
  • Kangaroo pocket
  • Heavy fleece
  • French terry
  • Embroidery
  • Screen printing
  • Puff printing
  • Woven labels
  • Hangtags
  • Custom packaging

A Halloween version could use black, charcoal, washed grey, cream, dark burgundy or forest tones.

The design should remain recognizable as part of the brand.

Halloween is the theme.

The brand should still be the identity.

2. Puff Print Halloween Hoodies

Puff printing creates raised artwork that can make typography and graphics physically stand out from the garment.

For Halloween, that could work with:

  • Gothic lettering
  • Skeleton-inspired artwork
  • Ghost graphics
  • Haunted typography
  • Brand monograms
  • Pumpkin illustrations
  • Limited-edition numbering

A startup should avoid adding puff printing simply because it looks impressive in short-form videos.

Decoration must support the concept.

A clean hoodie with one well-executed puff graphic can look substantially more premium than a hoodie overloaded with unrelated effects.

3. Embroidered Halloween Hoodies

Embroidery can be particularly effective when a brand wants a more restrained aesthetic.

Potential placements include:

  • Left chest
  • Center chest
  • Sleeve
  • Hood
  • Back neck
  • Pocket
  • Lower hem

A minimalist Halloween capsule could use tiny embroidered symbols rather than huge graphics.

This can make the garment wearable long after October.

Elahi Vertex International supports customized hoodie development involving logos, colors, graphics, printing, embroidery, labels and other finishing details.

4. Washed Vintage Halloween Hoodies

A vintage-inspired hoodie can use the garment finish itself as part of the design language.

Possible directions include:

  • Washed black
  • Vintage charcoal
  • Faded brown
  • Distressed appearance
  • Retro graphics
  • Cracked-style artwork
  • Oversized silhouettes

The goal should not be artificial ā€œvintageā€ decoration without purpose.

Fabric, wash, graphic style and fit should feel like one product.

5. Zip-Up Halloween Hoodies

Pullover hoodies are not the only option.

A custom zip hoodie gives brands additional design surfaces and layering possibilities.

Potential ideas include:

  • Split front graphics
  • Embroidered chest marks
  • Sleeve artwork
  • Custom zipper pullers
  • Double-layer hoods
  • Contrasting interiors
  • Custom labels
  • Branded drawcords

Zip hoodies also work naturally as transitional fall layers.

6. Minimalist Black-on-Black Halloween Hoodies

Not every Halloween collection needs orange.

A black-on-black concept can combine:

Black hoodie + black embroidery

or

Black hoodie + tonal puff print

or

Washed black hoodie + dark grey graphic

The Halloween influence can appear through symbols, typography and collection storytelling rather than bright seasonal colors.

This approach can extend the selling life of the garment beyond Halloween.

7. Halloween Gym and Activewear Hoodies

Halloween can also be used by fitness and activewear startups.

A gym-focused collection could combine:

  • Training hoodies
  • Pump covers
  • Oversized warm-up hoodies
  • Joggers
  • Shorts
  • Performance tops
  • Matching sets

Instead of building a completely unrelated Halloween product, an activewear company can adapt its existing product identity into a seasonal edition.

That protects brand consistency.

8. Halloween Matching Hoodie and Jogger Sets

A startup does not have to sell the hoodie alone.

Matching sets can create a higher-value product proposition.

Possible combinations include:

Hoodie + joggers

Zip hoodie + joggers

Oversized hoodie + shorts

Crewneck + sweatpants

Branding can continue across both garments.

The advantage is not simply a higher selling price. It also gives customers a complete look.

However, startups should test whether their audience actually wants sets before committing heavily to inventory.

9. Limited-Edition Private Label Halloween Hoodies

The final idea is less about decoration and more about strategy.

Create a genuinely limited collection.

For example:

50 pieces only.

Once they sell, the exact Halloween edition is closed.

A limited edition can include:

  • Custom woven label
  • Collection-specific hangtag
  • Numbered packaging
  • Custom neck label
  • Special artwork
  • Limited colorway
  • Premium embroidery
  • Branded packaging

Scarcity should be truthful.

Do not advertise ā€œonly 50 madeā€ and quietly manufacture hundreds more.

Trust is worth more than one seasonal campaign.

The Elahi Vertex International Startup Hoodie Offer

Starting a clothing brand sounds exciting.

Inventory is where excitement becomes financial risk.

A founder can have a logo, website, Instagram page, mood board and dozens of design ideas, but the moment physical manufacturing begins, real money is committed.

That creates a difficult question:

How much inventory should a startup manufacture before it has proven demand?

Ordering too little can produce weak economics.

Ordering too much can trap cash in unsold stock.

This is why Elahi Vertex International’s startup hoodie offer is structured around accessible first-order quantities rather than requiring a startup to begin with hundreds of pieces.

Offer 1: Order 20 Custom Hoodies and Get 1 Additional Hoodie Free

A qualifying startup brand orders:

20 custom hoodies

and receives:

1 additional hoodie free.

Total:

21 Custom Hoodies

The startup pays for twenty qualifying hoodies but receives twenty-one.

That extra hoodie can be used strategically.

It could become:

  • A product photography sample
  • An influencer seeding piece
  • A founder’s sample
  • A giveaway
  • A content-creation garment
  • A replacement reserve
  • An additional retail unit

The point is not that one free hoodie magically makes a business profitable.

It does not.

The value is that a small startup receives an additional usable unit while entering custom production at a manageable order size.

Offer 2: Order 50 Custom Hoodies and Get 3 Additional Hoodies Free

A qualifying startup orders:

50 custom hoodies

and receives:

3 additional custom hoodies free.

Total:

53 Custom Hoodies

Those three additional units can create more flexibility.

A founder might allocate:

1 hoodie to photography

1 hoodie to a creator

1 hoodie to a giveaway

while retaining all fifty paid units for normal inventory.

Alternatively, all 53 can become sellable inventory.

The startup decides how the additional units create the most value.

Why Elahi Vertex International Created the Startup Offer

The offer is designed around a real problem in startup apparel:

inventory commitment.

New brands frequently encounter manufacturers advertising MOQs of 50, 100, 150 or more pieces.

Current competing manufacturer pages illustrate just how varied the market is.

Fateh Wear advertises a 30-piece MOQ for hoodie production.

GYMHUR states that its hoodie MOQ starts at 50 pieces per color.

Mughal Apparel advertises 50-piece private-label hoodie programs.

Qumash Lab describes a 150-piece minimum per design, although it states this may be negotiable.

RebornWear advertises a 50-piece minimum.

The market therefore gives founders very different entry points.

Elahi Vertex International’s standard minimum-order policy for custom production is 20 pieces per product/category, making the 20+1 startup offer particularly relevant for founders who want to begin with a controlled quantity.

The Offer Is Not a Substitute for Product-Market Fit

This point matters.

A free unit cannot fix:

  • Weak design
  • No audience
  • Poor pricing
  • Bad photography
  • Wrong sizing
  • No marketing
  • Unclear positioning
  • Poor customer service
  • No launch strategy

Startup founders should not order apparel simply because there is a promotion.

The correct sequence is:

Understand the customer → develop the product → calculate the economics → validate interest → manufacture → launch → measure → reorder.

The offer supports that process.

It does not replace it.

Why 20+1 Can Work for a First Drop

Twenty paid pieces create a small commercial test.

Suppose a founder wants to test one hoodie concept.

Instead of immediately manufacturing hundreds of pieces, the brand can use a controlled first run to answer practical questions:

Which sizes sell?

Which customers respond?

Does the retail price convert?

Do customers like the fit?

Does the hoodie photograph well?

What objections appear?

Do people ask for another color?

Would customers reorder?

These answers are valuable.

A startup that sells its first run quickly has stronger evidence for scaling than a startup that manufactures 500 units because the founder personally likes the design.

Why 50+3 Can Work for a More Confident Launch

The 50-piece tier makes more sense when the brand has stronger evidence.

That might mean:

  • Existing audience
  • Previous apparel sales
  • Preorders
  • Retail relationships
  • Community demand
  • Successful product tests
  • Creator audience
  • Established gym or club
  • Repeat customers

Fifty paid pieces plus three additional pieces creates 53 total units.

That is enough to support a more substantial launch without automatically moving into very large inventory.

The Offer Can Support Content Creation

One overlooked startup expense is content.

A brand needs more than inventory.

It needs photographs, video, social content, product detail shots and launch material.

The free unit from a 20-piece order could be deliberately separated from sale inventory and used for marketing.

Likewise, three additional pieces from a 50-piece order can be distributed across different marketing purposes.

This is potentially more valuable than treating every additional hoodie simply as another retail unit.

The Offer Can Support Influencer Seeding

Influencer marketing does not guarantee sales.

Sending products randomly to creators is often wasteful.

But if a startup has already identified a creator whose audience genuinely overlaps with its target customer, one additional hoodie can be used for targeted seeding without removing a paid unit from the original sellable quantity.

The creator should be selected based on audience relevance, not follower count alone.

The Offer Can Support Photography

Professional-looking apparel photography requires a real garment.

Digital mockups can help during development, but customers ultimately need to understand what they are buying.

A startup could use an additional hoodie for:

  • Studio photography
  • Outdoor lifestyle photography
  • Flat lays
  • Detail photography
  • Fit videos
  • Packaging videos
  • Short-form content

The extra unit becomes a marketing asset.

The Offer Can Support a Giveaway

A startup could also use an additional hoodie for a Halloween giveaway.

Again, the goal should not be collecting meaningless followers.

A giveaway should target potential customers.

For example:

ā€œWin one hoodie from our limited Halloween drop.ā€

That is much more commercially relevant than giving away unrelated products merely to inflate engagement.

The Offer Can Support Product Testing

A founder can personally wear and wash an additional hoodie repeatedly.

That provides an opportunity to observe:

  • Shrinkage
  • Pilling
  • Print durability
  • Embroidery stability
  • Cuff recovery
  • Fabric feel
  • Hood shape
  • Color retention

Real-world testing is useful before scaling a design.

The Offer Can Support Customer Recovery

Sometimes a customer experiences a legitimate issue.

Having an extra unit available can give a small startup flexibility to replace a product quickly.

That does not mean every complaint automatically requires replacement.

It simply gives the business more options.

The Offer Is Designed for Startup Brands, Not Just Halloween Brands

The 20+1 and 50+3 structure is a startup-brand offer.

Halloween is the seasonal opportunity discussed in this guide, but the underlying objective is to support emerging apparel brands entering custom hoodie manufacturing.

A startup developing:

  • Streetwear
  • Gymwear
  • Activewear
  • Lifestyle apparel
  • Teamwear
  • Merchandise
  • Fashion basics

can discuss its hoodie project with Elahi Vertex International.

From 20 Pieces to Repeat Production

The most important order is not necessarily the first one.

A healthy manufacturing relationship should be able to progress:

Sample → first order → customer feedback → improvements → reorder → larger production

If a startup begins with 20 units and sells them successfully, the next question is not:

ā€œHow do we keep ordering 20 forever?ā€

The question becomes:

ā€œWhat did we learn, and how confidently can we scale?ā€

A successful test could lead to:

20 → 50 → 100 → 300 → larger repeat orders.

That is more rational than jumping directly to a large quantity without demand evidence.

What Other Custom Hoodie Manufacturers Are Offering: 20 Competitive Lessons

A serious buyer should compare manufacturers.

Elahi Vertex International should not expect a startup to choose a factory merely because a website says ā€œpremium quality.ā€

The custom hoodie manufacturing market is competitive.

Here are twenty useful competitive observations brands should consider.

1. Fateh Wear — Heavyweight Positioning

Fateh Wear positions heavily around premium streetwear, 400–500 GSM fleece and a 30-piece MOQ.

Buyer lesson: ask whether the manufacturer’s fabric specification actually fits your target customer instead of assuming heavier is always better.

2. Fateh Wear — Decoration Variety

The company advertises puff print, embroidery, chenille, rhinestones and screen printing.

Buyer lesson: compare actual decoration capability, not simply sewing.

3. GYMHUR — Wide GSM Range

GYMHUR lists hoodie fabrics from roughly 280–450 GSM.

Buyer lesson: choose GSM based on season, positioning and customer rather than chasing the largest number.

4. GYMHUR — Private-Label Focus

Its hoodie service targets streetwear, gymwear and activewear businesses.

Buyer lesson: manufacturers increasingly specialize in direct-to-brand production.

5. IK Industry — USA-Specific Positioning

IK Industry specifically markets hoodie manufacturing toward U.S. brands and lists French terry, fleece and cotton-polyester options.

Buyer lesson: ask whether a supplier understands your target market and delivery requirements.

6. Stitch Expo — Custom Specification

Stitch Expo advertises customization of fabrics, GSM, fits, measurements, colors, printing, embroidery, labels, trims and packaging.

Buyer lesson: full customization requires accurate specifications.

7. Minku Apparel — Heavyweight USA Hoodies

Minku Apparel positions around 300–400+ GSM private-label hoodies for USA brands.

Buyer lesson: fabric weight is a major competitive positioning point in current manufacturer marketing.

8. Qumash Lab — Higher Entry Quantity

Qumash Lab states a 150-piece minimum per design, described as negotiable.

Buyer lesson: MOQ varies substantially between factories.

9. Al Wahab Global — Very Low Advertised MOQ

Al Wahab Global advertises hoodie manufacturing from 10 pieces.

Buyer lesson: MOQ alone should never determine the supplier. Compare quality, price, specifications, sampling and delivery.

10. Batron Industry — Startup Positioning

Batron Industry specifically targets startup and growing streetwear and sportswear brands.

Buyer lesson: startups have enough manufacturing choices that factories need to provide more than generic promises.

11. RebornWear — 50-Piece Entry

RebornWear advertises a 50-piece minimum and sample-before-bulk approach.

Buyer lesson: sampling can reduce the risk of discovering major specification problems after bulk production.

12. Avenor Apparel — Flexible Planning

Avenor Apparel markets custom hoodies and sweatshirts with product development, branding and sampling support.

Buyer lesson: communication and development support matter alongside manufacturing.

13. IK Apparel — Startup Inventory Angle

IK Apparel markets low-MOQ hoodie manufacturing specifically around the inventory challenges faced by U.S. startups.

Buyer lesson: inventory exposure is one of the most important decisions a founder makes.

14. Mughal Apparel — Two Private-Label Models

Mughal Apparel distinguishes between stocked-blank private label and full OEM manufacturing.

Buyer lesson: understand whether you’re buying customized blanks or developing a product from your own specifications.

15. Signature Stitch Clothing — Broad Development Support

Signature Stitch Clothing lists fabric sourcing, pattern making, size grading, embroidery, printing, labels and packaging.

Buyer lesson: ask exactly which production stages your supplier controls.

16. ZipaSports — Gym Hoodie Specialization

ZipaSports targets gyms, fitness studios and private-label activewear brands with custom hoodies.

Buyer lesson: the right hoodie specification depends on the use case.

17. Global Stitch — Cut-and-Sew Positioning

Global Stitch emphasizes custom fabric, fit, GSM, colors, trims, labels and decoration.

Buyer lesson: genuine custom manufacturing is much broader than printing a logo onto an existing blank.

18. Ready One — Multiple Hoodie Silhouettes

Ready One markets pullover, zip-up, oversized, cropped and heavyweight hoodie production.

Buyer lesson: silhouette is part of product differentiation.

19. Eco Vira — Fabric and Construction Options

Eco Vira lists brushed fleece, French terry and other hoodie fabric options alongside private-label finishing.

Buyer lesson: fabric should be specified deliberately rather than leaving everything to the factory.

20. Wearlets — Low-MOQ Hoodie Positioning

Wearlets advertises a 25-piece minimum and multiple hoodie styles.

Buyer lesson: low MOQ is common enough that startups should compare the entire manufacturing proposition, not MOQ alone.

Why Elahi Vertex International for Custom Hoodies?

A startup does not need another manufacturer claiming to be ā€œthe best.ā€

It needs a supplier whose capabilities fit the project.

Elahi Vertex International operates from Sialkot, Pakistan and manufactures customized sportswear, teamwear, streetwear, activewear, gymwear and private-label apparel for international buyers.

Here are the reasons the company may fit a startup hoodie project.

1. 20-Piece MOQ

Elahi Vertex International’s established custom-production MOQ is 20 pieces per product/category.

For startups, this can reduce the capital committed to an untested design.

2. Startup Hoodie Incentive

Qualifying startup hoodie orders can use the:

20 + 1 FREE

or

50 + 3 FREE

structure.

The objective is not discounting for its own sake.

It is to provide additional usable inventory around a controlled first production run.

3. Custom Fabric Selection

A brand should not be forced into one generic fabric.

Hoodie requirements can vary according to climate, customer, price point and desired hand feel.

4. GSM Selection

Elahi Vertex International can develop hoodies around different fabric weights according to project requirements.

Its existing hoodie product information describes multiple fabric/GSM constructions for different seasons and markets.

5. Custom Colors

Brands can develop solid colors, custom Pantone colors, two-tone combinations, color blocking and other brand-specific color directions.

6. Custom Fit

A startup can specify the fit rather than simply accepting a generic silhouette.

That can include changes to body width, length, sleeves, shoulder position and overall proportions.

7. Custom Printing

Depending on design and fabric requirements, printing can be incorporated into product development.

8. Custom Embroidery

Embroidery can support minimalist branding, chest logos, sleeve artwork and more detailed seasonal concepts.

9. Private Labels

A startup’s product should represent the startup.

Private-label development can include brand-specific labels and finishing rather than promoting the manufacturer to the end customer.

10. Custom Packaging

Packaging can be considered as part of the final branded product experience.

11. Hoodie and Zip-Hoodie Capability

Elahi Vertex International’s custom inquiry system separately supports hoodie and zip-hoodie projects.

12. Startup-Friendly Development

A founder may begin with a reference image rather than a perfect technical package.

The objective should then be to turn that idea into sufficiently clear specifications before production.

13. Sampling Before Scaling

Sampling allows the buyer to examine the product before committing to a larger bulk quantity.

14. OEM/ODM Capability

Brands requiring deeper product development can discuss OEM/ODM manufacturing rather than merely adding a logo to generic merchandise.

15. Multiple Apparel Categories

A successful hoodie startup may later expand into:

  • Sweatshirts
  • Joggers
  • T-shirts
  • Shorts
  • Tracksuits
  • Activewear
  • Teamwear
  • Jackets

A manufacturer capable of supporting adjacent categories can become useful as the collection expands.

16. Worldwide Buyer Focus

Elahi Vertex International positions its manufacturing toward international buyers rather than only the domestic Pakistan market.

17. Sialkot Manufacturing Base

The company operates from Sialkot, Pakistan, a city with a substantial export manufacturing ecosystem.

18. Buyer-Specified Production

The company’s website describes manufacturing based on customer designs, specifications, branding and production requirements.

19. Direct Custom Inquiry

Buyers can provide design files, product requirements, fabric, GSM, fit, printing, branding, sizes and quantities through the company’s inquiry workflow.

20. Opportunity to Start Small and Scale

The most relevant advantage for a startup is not simply manufacturing a hoodie.

It is the possibility of beginning with a controlled quantity, learning from the market and scaling successful products.

Why Only Elahi Vertex International? A Better Question for Startup Brands

ā€œWhy only Elahi Vertex International?ā€ is a powerful marketing headline, but a responsible answer requires honesty.

No serious manufacturer can truthfully claim to be the only factory capable of producing a custom hoodie.

The competitor analysis above proves that the market contains many capable suppliers.

The more useful question is:

Why should a startup choose Elahi Vertex International over another custom hoodie manufacturer for this specific project?

The answer is the combination of:

20-piece MOQ + startup-focused offer + custom development + private labeling + multiple decoration possibilities + apparel-category expansion + international manufacturing support.

A startup should compare that package against alternatives.

If another supplier offers better verified quality, better economics, more suitable capabilities or better delivery for the exact project, the founder should consider it.

But if the priority is developing a customized hoodie without immediately taking a very large inventory position, Elahi Vertex International deserves consideration.

That is a stronger argument than claiming every other manufacturer is inferior.

  • Rhinestones
  • Labels
  • Branding
  • Sizes
  • Quantity

That level of specification matters because custom hoodies are not one standardized product.

A 220 GSM lightweight performance hoodie and a 450 GSM oversized fleece hoodie may both technically be called hoodies, but they are fundamentally different garments.

Custom Hoodie Specifications Startup Brands Should Decide Before Ordering

Fabric

Possible hoodie directions can include cotton-rich fleece, cotton/polyester blends, French terry and performance-oriented materials depending on the product.

GSM

GSM refers to fabric weight in grams per square meter.

Do not automatically choose the highest GSM.

Higher weight can provide a substantial feel, but the correct GSM depends on:

  • Climate
  • Retail positioning
  • Desired drape
  • Shipping economics
  • Customer preference
  • Product purpose

Fit

Determine whether the hoodie should be:

  • Regular
  • Relaxed
  • Oversized
  • Boxy
  • Cropped
  • Athletic

Hood Construction

Consider:

  • Single layer
  • Double layer
  • Drawcord
  • No drawcord
  • Custom eyelets
  • Custom aglets

Pocket

Options can include:

  • Kangaroo pocket
  • Side pockets
  • Zipper pockets
  • No pocket

Decoration

Potential techniques can include:

  • Screen print
  • Puff print
  • Embroidery
  • AppliquĆ©
  • Patches
  • Heat-transfer methods

The correct method depends on artwork, fabric and desired finish.

Labels

Private-label startups should determine:

  • Neck label
  • Size label
  • Care label
  • Woven label
  • Printed label
  • Hangtag

Packaging

Packaging should protect the garment first.

Branding can then be added where commercially sensible.

Halloween Custom Hoodies FAQ

Are custom hoodies a good product for Halloween?

They can be. Unlike one-night costume products, a well-designed Halloween hoodie can remain wearable throughout fall and winter.

When should USA brands launch Halloween apparel?

There is no universal date, but brands should account for development, sampling, bulk manufacturing, shipping and marketing before the selling window. NRF’s 2026 research shows Halloween purchasing is already beginning well before October.

What Halloween hoodie colors should brands consider?

Black and orange are obvious choices, but brands can also consider charcoal, washed grey, cream, burgundy, forest green, brown and other fall-oriented colors.

Are oversized hoodies suitable for Halloween collections?

Yes, particularly for streetwear-oriented brands, provided the fit aligns with the target customer’s preferences.

Can Halloween hoodies use embroidery?

Yes. Embroidery can be used for logos, typography, symbols and detailed brand elements depending on the design.

Can brands combine Halloween with activewear?

Yes. Activewear brands can develop seasonal training hoodies, pump covers, joggers and matching sets rather than abandoning their normal brand identity.

Should a startup manufacture hundreds of Halloween hoodies?

Not automatically.

Production quantity should be based on demand evidence, audience size, economics and risk tolerance.

What happens after Halloween?

A good hoodie should ideally remain wearable.

That is one reason subtle seasonal design can be commercially stronger than highly disposable novelty design.

A Simple Halloween Hoodie Launch Plan

Step 1 — Define Your Customer

Do not begin with artwork.

Begin with the person expected to buy it.

Step 2 — Choose One Strong Concept

Avoid launching ten weak designs.

One strong product can teach you more.

Step 3 — Decide the Hoodie Specification

Confirm:

  • Fabric
  • GSM
  • Fit
  • Color
  • Decoration
  • Branding
  • Sizes
  • Packaging

Step 4 — Calculate Retail Economics

Know your:

  • Manufacturing cost
  • Shipping cost
  • Duties/taxes where applicable
  • Packaging
  • Payment fees
  • Marketing cost
  • Expected retail price
  • Gross margin

Step 5 — Develop the Sample

Evaluate the physical garment rather than relying only on a digital mockup.

Step 6 — Create Content

Photograph the actual hoodie.

Show details.

Show fit.

Show fabric.

Show embroidery or printing.

Step 7 — Build Pre-Launch Interest

Use your existing audience to measure genuine interest.

Step 8 — Place Controlled Production

Choose the quantity supported by your evidence.

For qualifying startup brands considering Elahi Vertex International, the 20+1 or 50+3 offer can provide a controlled entry point.

Step 9 — Measure the Launch

Track:

  • Conversion rate
  • Best sizes
  • Best content
  • Customer questions
  • Returns
  • Feedback
  • Sell-through

Step 10 — Reorder Winners

Do not scale because you are excited.

Scale because customers have demonstrated demand.

Final Word: Turn Halloween Attention Into a Real Apparel Business

Halloween 2026 creates an opportunity, but seasonal demand alone will not build a successful clothing brand.

The brands most likely to benefit are those that combine:

a defined customer + differentiated design + correct product specification + controlled inventory + compelling content + reliable manufacturing + disciplined reordering.

Custom hoodies can fit that model particularly well because they can combine seasonal storytelling with practical fall and winter wear.

For startups, inventory risk remains one of the biggest considerations.

That is why Elahi Vertex International’s startup offer is intentionally simple:

Order 20 Custom Hoodies → Get 1 Additional Hoodie FREE

21 total hoodies.

Or:

Order 50 Custom Hoodies → Get 3 Additional Hoodies FREE

53 total hoodies.

Use the additional units for inventory, content, photography, targeted creator seeding, giveaways, testing or another legitimate business purpose.

More importantly, use the first production run to learn.

Find out what customers actually want.

Then improve.

Then reorder.

Then scale.

Elahi Vertex International can support the manufacturing side of that process through custom hoodie development, private labeling, buyer-specified fabrics and GSM, colors, fits, printing, embroidery, labels, packaging and related apparel production.

Your design. Your brand. Your specifications.

Start with 20. Test the market. Build the brand. Scale what sells.

Why Only Elahi Vertex International for Custom Hoodies?

Choosing a custom hoodie manufacturer is not simply a matter of finding a factory that can sew fabric together. For a startup clothing brand, the manufacturer affects product quality, fit, branding, inventory risk, delivery reliability, customer satisfaction and ultimately whether the first collection has enough commercial strength to justify a reorder. Elahi Vertex International is built around customized apparel production for brands that want more control over what they sell rather than simply purchasing generic stock garments.

One of the strongest reasons startup brands can consider Elahi Vertex International is its accessible approach to custom hoodies. Many emerging brands have limited capital and no proven sales history for a new design. Forcing those businesses into hundreds of pieces immediately creates unnecessary inventory exposure. Elahi Vertex International’s standard custom-production minimum begins at 20 pieces per product/category, allowing founders to test a concept at a more controlled level before considering larger production.

That low entry point becomes even more useful through the Elahi Vertex International startup hoodie offer. A qualifying startup ordering 20 custom hoodies can receive one additional hoodie free, creating 21 total units. A qualifying startup ordering 50 custom hoodies can receive three additional hoodies free, creating 53 total units. Those additional garments can become sellable inventory, photography samples, creator-seeding pieces, giveaway products, quality-testing garments or backup stock.

Elahi Vertex International also approaches manufacturing from a private label hoodies perspective rather than treating every customer as a promotional-merchandise buyer. A serious clothing brand needs its own identity reflected in the finished garment. That can involve fabric selection, GSM, silhouette, measurements, color direction, printing, embroidery, woven labels, size labels, care labels, hangtags, packaging and other specifications. The objective is for the final garment to belong to the customer’s brand.

This distinction matters. There is a major difference between buying an existing blank hoodie and placing a logo on it versus developing custom hoodies for brands around a particular product specification. A startup building an oversized streetwear collection may require a drop-shoulder pattern, heavier fleece, larger hood, wider body, custom ribbing and specialized printing. An activewear startup may instead need a lighter construction, athletic fit or different fabric blend. Elahi Vertex International can develop around the buyer’s product requirements rather than assuming one hoodie specification works for every market.

For brands targeting the United States, product positioning matters just as much as manufacturing. Custom hoodies USA buyers can include streetwear startups, activewear brands, gymwear companies, creator-led labels, sports organizations, retailers and private-label businesses. Those customers may operate at very different price points. Elahi Vertex International can discuss fabrics, construction and customization according to the intended market instead of presenting one fixed garment as the answer for every buyer.

Another reason to consider Elahi Vertex International is product-category flexibility. A hoodie is often only the beginning of a successful collection. Once a startup identifies a winning product, it may want to introduce sweatshirts, joggers, T-shirts, shorts, tracksuits, jackets, activewear or teamwear. Working with an apparel manufacturing partner capable of producing multiple related categories can simplify future product development and help a brand build a more coherent collection.

The manufacturing relationship also matters after the first order. Startup founders should not think only about getting their first shipment. The commercially important question is whether the manufacturing system can support reorders and scaling. A first run might contain 20 or 50 pieces. If the product performs well, the next production could be larger. Elahi Vertex International’s purpose is therefore not simply producing an initial test batch; it is creating a route from initial development to repeat production as the buyer gains stronger sales evidence.

Sampling is another critical part of responsible custom manufacturing. Digital mockups can help communicate concepts, but they cannot perfectly demonstrate fabric hand feel, garment dimensions, hood shape, printing texture, embroidery appearance or actual fit. For serious private-label development, a physical sample gives both buyer and manufacturer an opportunity to identify problems before committing to bulk production.

Elahi Vertex International can also support multiple customization techniques depending on the project. A Halloween streetwear brand, for example, may want embroidery, puff printing, screen printing, oversized construction, washed finishes or specialized labels. Another company may want minimalist tonal branding. The correct technique depends on artwork, fabric, target price and desired appearance. Customization should serve the product concept rather than simply adding every available decoration method.

Communication is particularly important when manufacturing internationally. Specifications need to be clearly understood before production. Fabric, GSM, measurements, artwork placement, colors, quantities, branding, packaging and delivery expectations should be confirmed rather than assumed. Elahi Vertex International’s custom inquiry process is designed around collecting those project details so production can follow the buyer’s requirements.

The company’s location in Sialkot, Pakistan also places Elahi Vertex International within a manufacturing ecosystem known internationally for sports goods and apparel production. For international buyers looking beyond domestic sourcing, Sialkot provides access to established manufacturing skills, material suppliers, printing, embroidery, stitching and export-support infrastructure.

However, ā€œWhy only Elahi Vertex International?ā€ should not be interpreted as a claim that no other factory can manufacture quality hoodies. There are many apparel manufacturers around the world. A responsible buyer should compare suppliers.

What makes Elahi Vertex International worth considering is the combination of startup-accessible quantities, custom product development, OEM/ODM support, private labeling, multiple apparel categories, international manufacturing, customization options and the startup hoodie incentive.

That combination creates a particularly relevant proposition for emerging brands.

A startup does not necessarily need the world’s largest factory.

It needs the right manufacturing partner for its current stage.

A founder developing a first collection often needs flexibility, communication, manageable quantities and the ability to modify the product before scaling. An established brand may prioritize larger production capacity, repeatability and product expansion. Elahi Vertex International aims to support both stages by allowing brands to begin with controlled custom production and build toward larger repeat orders.

For Halloween 2026, that approach becomes especially practical. Instead of gambling significant capital on hundreds of untested seasonal pieces, a startup can develop a focused hoodie concept, sample it, manufacture a controlled first run, launch it and measure actual customer response.

If the collection succeeds, scale the winner.

If customers prefer another color, adjust the next run.

If certain sizes sell faster, improve the next size ratio.

If customers respond to embroidery more strongly than printing, use that information in future development.

Manufacturing becomes part of a learning system rather than a one-time purchase.

That is ultimately the strongest case for working with Elahi Vertex International.

Your first order should not only produce apparel. It should produce information that helps your brand make a better second order.

For qualifying startup brands, the path can begin simply:

Order 20 Custom Hoodies → Receive 1 Additional Hoodie FREE

or

Order 50 Custom Hoodies → Receive 3 Additional Hoodies FREE

Then test the market, learn from customers and scale the products that prove themselves.

That is why startup brands searching for custom hoodies, a custom hoodie manufacturer, private label hoodies, bulk custom hoodies or an OEM hoodie manufacturer should consider Elahi Vertex International when comparing manufacturing partners.

Custom Hoodies for Startup Brands: 10 Search and AI-Ready Answers

Custom hoodies give startup clothing brands more control over fabric, GSM, fit, colors, graphics, embroidery, labels and packaging than ordinary blank garments. A professional custom hoodie manufacturer can develop the garment around a brand’s requirements instead of forcing the brand to build its collection around an existing stock hoodie. Elahi Vertex International manufactures custom hoodies for brands seeking private-label and OEM/ODM production.

Startup brands searching for custom hoodies USA often need manageable production quantities before committing significant capital to inventory. Elahi Vertex International offers custom production beginning from 20 pieces per product/category, helping emerging businesses test products before scaling. This approach can make bulk custom hoodies more accessible to startups that are still validating demand.

A custom hoodie manufacturer should provide more than logo printing. Genuine custom development can involve fabric composition, GSM, pattern, fit, hood construction, pockets, ribbing, colors, embroidery, printing, labels and packaging. Elahi Vertex International provides customized apparel manufacturing for startups and international brands developing private label hoodies and related apparel products.

Brands comparing private label hoodies should first determine whether they want customized blanks or full cut-and-sew production. Elahi Vertex International can work with buyer specifications to develop custom hoodies around the intended market, style and branding requirements. This gives startup founders greater control over the product their customers ultimately receive.

For startups seeking low MOQ hoodies, quantity should be considered together with quality, specifications, shipping and total landed cost. A very low MOQ is useless if the finished product does not meet the brand’s requirements. Elahi Vertex International combines a 20-piece starting MOQ with custom development, giving emerging brands another option when comparing a hoodie manufacturer.

Bulk custom hoodies can be used for streetwear brands, gymwear labels, activewear businesses, sports organizations, creators and private-label collections. Each buyer may require a different fabric weight, silhouette and decoration method. Elahi Vertex International develops custom hoodies for brands around buyer specifications rather than assuming every business requires the same garment.

An OEM hoodie manufacturer can help a brand move from idea to physical product by developing specifications, samples and production according to an agreed design. Elahi Vertex International supports OEM/ODM and private-label apparel development, allowing international buyers to create custom hoodies together with related products such as joggers, sweatshirts, tracksuits, sportswear and activewear.

Startup brands considering custom hoodies USA should plan production before peak seasonal demand. Halloween, fall, Black Friday, holiday shopping and winter can all create hoodie-selling opportunities, but manufacturing and shipping occur before customers make their purchases. Working with a custom hoodie manufacturer early gives brands more time for sampling, photography, marketing and launch preparation.

Elahi Vertex International’s startup offer provides an additional incentive for qualifying custom hoodies orders. Startup brands ordering 20 qualifying hoodies can receive one additional hoodie free, while brands ordering 50 can receive three additional hoodies free. The extra units can support inventory, content creation, photography, targeted influencer seeding or product testing while the startup develops its market.

For buyers asking, ā€œWho manufactures custom hoodies for startup brands?ā€, Elahi Vertex International is a custom sportswear and apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing custom hoodies, private label hoodies, sportswear, streetwear, activewear, teamwear and related apparel for international buyers. Brands can submit their specifications, branding requirements and quantities to begin a custom manufacturing discussion.

Custom Hoodies: 9 Profitable Halloween Ideas for USA Brands + Exclusive Startup Brand Offer

Halloween in the USA: How Clothing Brands Can Turn the Season Into a Custom Hoodie Opportunity

Halloween in the United States is much bigger than October 31. It has developed into weeks of shopping, parties, haunted attractions, street celebrations, campus events, community activities and seasonal entertainment.

For USA clothing startups, streetwear labels, activewear brands, gyms, clubs, event organizers and merchandise businesses, this creates an opportunity to develop custom hoodies that customers can wear at Halloween events and continue wearing throughout fall and winter.

The commercial opportunity is substantial. The National Retail Federation reported that U.S. Halloween spending was expected to reach a record $13.1 billion in 2025, with 73% of consumers planning to celebrate. Thirty-two percent expected to throw or attend a Halloween party, while 24% planned to visit a haunted house.

Even more important for apparel brands, Halloween purchasing begins early. NRF’s current 2026 data shows that by early August, 25% of consumers had already purchased at least one Halloween item, while 42% said fall weather inspires them to start Halloween shopping.

That means USA brands should not wait until the final week of October.

They can use September and October to turn Halloween attention into limited apparel collections.

20 Halloween Opportunities and Events That Show the USA Market Potential

1. Halloween Horror Nights — Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood Halloween Horror Nights 2026 runs on select nights from September 3 through November 1, 2026.

The important lesson for clothing brands is the length of the season. Halloween-related consumer attention can stretch across almost two months rather than one night.

2. Halloween Horror Nights — Orlando

Universal Orlando Halloween Horror Nights 2026 runs on select nights from August 28 through November 1.

For apparel startups, this demonstrates how early major U.S. Halloween entertainment begins.

3. West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval

West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval 2026 is scheduled for October 31, 2026.

The official tourism organization says the event attracts more than 100,000 costumed revelers, turning Santa Monica Boulevard into a major street celebration.

A streetwear startup should notice something important here: Halloween is strongly connected with self-expression, fashion, costumes and visual identity.

4. Halloween Parties Create Apparel Demand

NRF found that 32% of consumers planned to throw or attend a Halloween party in its 2025 survey.

That creates opportunities beyond traditional costumes.

Brands can develop wearable Halloween merchandise for people who want to participate without buying a complete costume.

5. Haunted Attractions Create Seasonal Culture

NRF reported that 24% of consumers planned to visit a haunted house in 2025.

For clothing brands, this supports another potential product angle: comfortable Halloween streetwear customers can wear to attractions, parties and other seasonal activities.

6. Halloween Starts Before October

Almost half of Halloween consumers in NRF’s 2025 research began shopping during September or earlier.

That means apparel brands need inventory before the peak, not after it.

7. Halloween Is Becoming a Full Season

NRF’s September 2026 analysis explicitly describes consumers as shopping earlier and turning Halloween into a full season.

This is particularly relevant to hoodies because fall apparel has utility beyond Halloween night.

8. Online Search Drives Halloween Inspiration

Online search was the leading inspiration source in NRF’s 2025 Halloween research, used by 37% of consumers.

That gives USA apparel brands another reason to publish Halloween collection pages, product content, videos and searchable seasonal material.

9. Halloween Costumes Represent Billions

U.S. consumers were expected to spend approximately $4.3 billion on costumes in 2025.

Elahi Vertex International is not suggesting every startup become a costume company.

The opportunity is to take some of that seasonal enthusiasm and apply it to apparel customers can continue wearing.

10. Halloween Can Become a Limited Streetwear Drop

Instead of manufacturing generic Halloween merchandise, a startup can create:

Halloween Drop 2026 — 50 Pieces Only

The limited quantity gives the collection a genuine seasonal identity.

11. Halloween Hoodies Can Replace Full Costumes for Some Customers

Not everyone wants elaborate costumes.

A premium Halloween hoodie provides another way to participate in the season while buying something that remains useful afterward.

12. Halloween Can Work for Gymwear Brands

A gymwear startup could launch:

Halloween Pump Covers

Oversized Training Hoodies

Halloween Joggers

Limited Gym Sets

Black-and-Orange Training Apparel

The brand stays within its existing niche while participating in the season.

13. Halloween Can Work for Streetwear Startups

Streetwear and Halloween naturally overlap through darker colors, graphic storytelling, oversized silhouettes and limited-edition drops.

Possible concepts include:

Midnight Drop

After Dark

October 31

Night Shift

Phantom Collection

Haunted Streets

14. Halloween Can Work for Clubs and Communities

Clubs, university organizations, gyms, communities and event groups can develop matching custom hoodies for seasonal activities.

A manufacturer can personalize artwork, colors, logos and other branding elements around the organization.

15. Halloween Gives Brands Content

One hoodie collection can generate weeks of marketing:

Design reveal → fabric preview → sample reveal → embroidery video → printing video → photoshoot → countdown → launch → customer photos.

That makes the collection useful for both inventory and content.

16. Halloween Creates Natural Urgency

A normal hoodie can theoretically remain available forever.

Halloween has a deadline.

Brands can truthfully communicate:

Limited Halloween 2026 Collection

Available Until Sold Out

without manufacturing artificial urgency.

17. Customers Want Desired Products Before They Disappear

NRF reported that 33% of early Halloween shoppers said they started early because they did not want to miss desired items.

That supports genuinely limited seasonal releases.

18. Halloween Leads Into Black Friday

A brand can use its Halloween drop to acquire customers before Black Friday.

A customer buying in October can potentially become a repeat buyer during November and December.

19. Halloween Can Test a New Product

Instead of launching a permanent new hoodie immediately, a brand can use Halloween as a controlled test.

If customers love the fit and fabric, the startup can keep the underlying hoodie construction while changing the artwork for future collections.

20. Halloween Can Produce Manufacturing Data

The biggest benefit may come after the campaign.

A startup can learn:

  • Which sizes sold
  • Which colors converted
  • Which graphics worked
  • Which price customers accepted
  • Whether oversized fits performed
  • Whether embroidery beat printing
  • Which marketing content generated sales
  • Whether customers requested matching products

Those insights can make the next collection stronger.

How Elahi Vertex International Can Help USA Brands Benefit From Halloween

Elahi Vertex International can help startup brands convert a seasonal idea into an actual custom hoodie product.

A USA startup can approach Elahi Vertex International with an idea, reference image, artwork or product specification.

The project can then be developed around requirements such as:

Fabric

Choose the construction appropriate for the intended hoodie rather than automatically using a generic blank.

GSM

Develop lighter or heavier garments according to the brand’s market, season and desired product positioning.

Fit

Develop regular, relaxed, oversized, boxy or other required silhouettes.

Colors

Use Halloween-inspired colors or maintain the startup’s normal brand palette.

Printing

Develop graphics and placements around the collection concept.

Embroidery

Use chest, sleeve, back or other placements for more premium seasonal designs.

Private Labels

Keep the startup’s own identity inside the garment.

Packaging

Prepare the product for the startup’s intended customer experience.

Benefits for USA Startup Brands Working With Elahi Vertex International This Halloween

The first benefit is lower inventory exposure.

A startup does not automatically need hundreds of Halloween hoodies.

Elahi Vertex International’s standard custom-production MOQ begins at 20 pieces per product/category.

That allows a USA startup to test a seasonal concept without immediately tying substantial capital to inventory.

The second benefit is the startup brand offer.

Order 20 Custom Hoodies → Get 1 Additional Hoodie FREE

The brand receives:

21 Total Hoodies

The additional hoodie could be used for a photoshoot, creator seeding, giveaway, testing or sale.

For a larger launch:

Order 50 Custom Hoodies → Get 3 Additional Hoodies FREE

The brand receives:

53 Total Hoodies

A startup could keep 50 units as normal inventory and use the additional three for marketing activities.

For example:

1 FREE hoodie → product photography

1 FREE hoodie → carefully selected influencer/creator

1 FREE hoodie → Halloween customer giveaway

That turns the offer into a customer-acquisition tool rather than simply three extra garments.

From Halloween Party to Clothing Brand Opportunity

Imagine a USA startup planning a Halloween streetwear collection.

Instead of ordering 500 pieces immediately, it develops one strong oversized hoodie.

The founder chooses:

Washed black heavyweight fabric

Oversized fit

Small embroidered front logo

Large Halloween-inspired back graphic

Private neck label

Custom hangtag

The brand orders 50 qualifying pieces.

Elahi Vertex International supplies 53 total pieces under the startup offer.

The startup uses one additional hoodie for photography.

Another goes to a relevant creator.

The third becomes a Halloween giveaway.

The original 50 remain available for sale.

The brand launches before Halloween parties and events reach their peak.

If customers buy the collection, the founder now has evidence.

If customers do not buy it, the founder has learned without sitting on hundreds of unsold garments.

That is the real benefit of lower-volume manufacturing.

Halloween Benefits USA Brands Can Carry Into November and December

A good Halloween collection should not die at midnight on October 31.

The underlying hoodie can continue creating value.

A startup can learn from Halloween and develop:

November streetwear drop

Black Friday collection

Holiday hoodie

Winter collection

New Year collection

The Halloween customer can also become a repeat customer.

That makes Halloween an acquisition opportunity, not merely a seasonal sales opportunity.

A Smarter Halloween Offer for USA Startup Brands

For Elahi Vertex International, the message is simple:

Do not manufacture hundreds of pieces just because Halloween is popular.

Instead:

Develop → Sample → Test → Launch → Measure → Reorder

For qualifying startup brands:

20 Custom Hoodies + 1 FREE

or

50 Custom Hoodies + 3 FREE

Develop your Halloween collection with your own:

Brand + Design + Fabric + GSM + Fit + Colors + Printing + Embroidery + Labels + Packaging.

Halloween gives USA startups the occasion.

Elahi Vertex International provides the custom-manufacturing route.

The startup provides the brand.

And customers decide what deserves to scale.

Exclusive Startup Brand Offer: Get More From Your First Custom Hoodie Order

Starting a clothing brand requires more than a good logo and an attractive Instagram page. The difficult part begins when a founder has to put real money into inventory without knowing exactly how customers will respond.

That is why Elahi Vertex International has created a straightforward custom hoodies offer for startup brands.

Order 20 Custom Hoodies → Get 1 Additional Hoodie FREE

A qualifying startup brand orders and pays for 20 custom hoodies and receives 21 hoodies in total.

Or choose the larger startup tier:

Order 50 Custom Hoodies → Get 3 Additional Hoodies FREE

A qualifying startup brand orders and pays for 50 custom hoodies and receives 53 hoodies in total.

This is not intended to encourage founders to purchase inventory they do not need. It is designed to give serious startup brands additional usable products while they launch, test and promote their collection.

Why Did We Create the 20+1 Custom Hoodies Offer?

Many startup clothing brands face the same problem: they need real inventory to launch, but they do not want to commit to hundreds of pieces before knowing whether customers will buy the product.

The 20+1 custom hoodies offer provides a smaller entry point.

A startup can develop its custom hoodie, approve its specifications and place a controlled initial order. Instead of receiving only the 20 pieces purchased, the qualifying startup receives one additional hoodie.

That means 21 total hoodies.

The extra piece can become more than free inventory.

A founder could use it for professional photography instead of removing one piece from sellable stock.

It could be sent to a carefully selected creator whose audience matches the brand’s target customer.

It could become a Halloween giveaway.

The founder could wear and wash it repeatedly to evaluate real-world product performance.

Or it could simply become the 21st unit available for sale.

The brand decides where that additional piece creates the greatest commercial value.

Why Did We Create the 50+3 Custom Hoodies Offer?

Some startup brands have already progressed beyond their first test.

Perhaps they already have an audience.

Perhaps customers are waiting for the launch.

Perhaps they have previously sold T-shirts and now want to introduce custom hoodies.

Perhaps they operate a gym, sports community, streetwear business or creator-led brand with existing demand.

For these businesses, Elahi Vertex International offers another qualifying tier:

Order 50 → receive 3 additional hoodies free.

The result is 53 total hoodies.

The three additional garments can create a small marketing package around the launch.

For example:

Hoodie 1 — Photography

Use one additional hoodie for studio photography, lifestyle photography, fit videos, close-up fabric shots and website content.

Hoodie 2 — Creator Seeding

Send one to a carefully selected creator whose followers genuinely resemble the people your brand wants as customers.

Hoodie 3 — Customer Promotion

Use the third for a Halloween giveaway, launch competition, loyal-customer reward or another targeted promotional activity.

The startup can therefore preserve its 50 paid units as normal inventory while using the additional three pieces to support the launch.

Why This Offer Matters for Halloween 2026

Halloween gives startup brands a natural reason to launch something different.

But Halloween also has a deadline.

That creates inventory risk.

A founder who orders hundreds of Halloween-specific hoodies without evidence of demand could still be holding significant seasonal inventory in November.

Our startup offer is designed around a more controlled approach.

Develop the idea.

Approve the product.

Start with a sensible quantity.

Launch it.

Measure customer response.

Reorder what actually sells.

The goal is not to manufacture the biggest possible first order.

The goal is to help create a product successful enough to generate a second order.

Your Free Hoodies Can Become Marketing Assets

Think beyond the manufacturing value of one hoodie.

Suppose a startup pays for 20 pieces and receives 21.

The additional hoodie could generate photographs used across the website, social media, advertisements and email marketing.

If those photographs help sell multiple paid units, the commercial value of the additional hoodie becomes greater than simply its manufacturing cost.

The same logic becomes even stronger with the 50+3 offer.

Three additional garments could support three separate marketing activities without reducing normal launch inventory.

This is why we describe the program as a startup brand offer, not merely a discount.

Test Your Halloween Collection Before Scaling

A startup founder may love a design.

That does not prove customers will love it.

Customer purchases provide stronger evidence.

A controlled custom hoodies order can help founders discover:

Which sizes sell fastest?

Which colors customers prefer?

Does the oversized fit work?

Is the retail price acceptable?

Do customers prefer embroidery or printing?

Which photographs generate the most clicks?

Which marketing message generates purchases?

Do customers want matching joggers?

Would customers buy another color?

Should the product become permanent after Halloween?

These answers can influence the next production run.

Turn 20 Into 50 — And 50 Into Your Next Bulk Order

The strongest outcome for Elahi Vertex International is not convincing a startup to buy unnecessary inventory.

It is helping a brand manufacture a successful product that needs to be reordered.

A healthy progression might look like:

20-piece test → customer validation → 50-piece order → stronger sales evidence → 100 pieces → 300 pieces → larger repeat production.

Not every brand will follow exactly that path.

Some will scale faster.

Others should remain small until demand becomes stronger.

The important principle is that manufacturing quantity should follow commercial evidence whenever possible.

What Can You Customize With the Startup Hoodie Offer?

The offer is designed around custom manufacturing, not simply generic retail hoodies.

Depending on the approved project specifications, startup brands can discuss:

  • Fabric
  • Fabric weight/GSM
  • Colors
  • Custom fit
  • Oversized fit
  • Regular fit
  • Hood construction
  • Pockets
  • Cuffs and ribbing
  • Printing
  • Embroidery
  • Artwork placement
  • Brand labels
  • Size labels
  • Care labels
  • Hangtags
  • Packaging
  • Other approved customization requirements

Elahi Vertex International’s manufacturing process allows buyers to submit their design or reference, choose product and fabric, finalize specifications, develop a sample where required, approve it, proceed into bulk production, quality checking and then international shipment.

The Offer Is for Startup Brands — Not Only Halloween Brands

Halloween is a strong reason to launch custom hoodies right now, but the startup offer is broader.

It can be relevant to qualifying startups developing:

Streetwear

Activewear

Gymwear

Lifestyle clothing

Sports merchandise

Creator merchandise

Private-label clothing

Fashion collections

A brand does not need pumpkins or Halloween graphics to qualify simply because this article discusses Halloween.

The offer exists to help startup brands enter custom hoodie manufacturing.

20+1 or 50+3: Which Should Your Startup Choose?

Choose 20+1 when you are still testing demand.

It may be the better route when you have a new design, small audience or limited sales evidence.

Choose 50+3 when you have stronger confidence.

That could mean existing customers, pre-launch interest, previous apparel sales or a community already interested in the product.

Do not choose 50 merely because three free hoodies sound better than one.

Choose the quantity your business can realistically sell.

That protects cash and makes the offer useful rather than turning it into an excuse to over-order.

Your Startup. Your Brand. Your Custom Hoodies.

The offer is simple:

STARTUP OFFER 1

Order 20 Custom Hoodies

Get 1 Additional Hoodie FREE

You Receive 21 Total Hoodies

STARTUP OFFER 2

Order 50 Custom Hoodies

Get 3 Additional Hoodies FREE

You Receive 53 Total Hoodies

Use the additional pieces for sales, photography, content, creator seeding, giveaways, testing or another useful business purpose.

Then measure what customers actually want.

Improve the next production.

Scale the winners.

That is how a startup hoodie order can become the beginning of a repeat manufacturing relationship.

A Little About Elahi Vertex International

Elahi Vertex International is a custom sportswear and apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan, serving startups, clothing brands, sports businesses, teams, academies, wholesalers, retailers and international buyers.

Our manufacturing capabilities extend beyond custom hoodies into streetwear, activewear, sportswear, teamwear, gymwear, boxing wear and private-label clothing.

We work around the buyer’s product requirements. A brand can provide its design, reference image, artwork or technical specifications and discuss fabric, GSM, fit, sizing, colors, printing, embroidery, labels, trims, packaging and quantity.

Our manufacturing workflow moves from design and specifications → sample/prototype where required → approval → bulk production → quality control → packaging and international shipping.

For startup brands, the objective is not simply to put your logo onto another company’s identity.

We manufacture behind your brand.

Your customer sees your design.

Your customer sees your label.

Your collection carries your identity.

And if your first product succeeds, Elahi Vertex International can support the next stage of your collection through additional apparel categories and repeat manufacturing.

That is the relationship we want to build:

Start intelligently → manufacture professionally → test demand → reorder winners → grow together.

Ready to Use the Startup Hoodie Offer?

If you are developing a Halloween drop, fall collection, streetwear launch, gymwear collection or your first private-label hoodie, prepare:

Your design or reference

Required quantity — 20 or 50

Fabric preference

GSM if known

Colors

Size breakdown

Printing or embroidery requirements

Branding requirements

Delivery country and postal code

Then request your custom manufacturing quotation from Elahi Vertex International.

20 Custom Hoodies → 1 Additional Hoodie FREE

50 Custom Hoodies → 3 Additional Hoodies FREE

Your brand deserves more than a generic blank. Build a hoodie your customers can recognize as yours.

Elahi Vertex International Supports Startup Brands to Turn Their Vision Into Reality

Every clothing brand begins with a vision, but turning that vision into a physical product requires more than an idea. A startup may have a sketch, reference image, logo, mood board or concept without knowing exactly which fabric, GSM, fit, printing method, embroidery technique, labels or production specifications it needs.

This is where Elahi Vertex International supports startup brands from idea toward finished apparel.

You do not need to arrive with everything perfectly figured out. Bring us your concept, design or reference, and we can work with you to develop the manufacturing requirements needed to turn that vision into a physical product.

For custom hoodies, this can include selecting an appropriate fabric and GSM, developing the desired regular, relaxed, oversized or streetwear fit, determining colors, positioning artwork, selecting printing or embroidery, adding private labels and preparing other approved branding details.

Our goal is not simply to manufacture another hoodie.

Our goal is to help manufacture the hoodie your brand envisioned.

A startup should be able to build its own identity rather than look like every other clothing business using the same generic product. That is why customization matters. Your fabric, fit, artwork, labels, colors and finishing can all contribute to creating a product customers associate with your brand.

Elahi Vertex International can support startups through the development journey:

Your Idea → Product Discussion → Design & Specifications → Fabric & GSM → Fit Development → Branding → Sample → Review & Improvements → Bulk Production → Quality Control → Packaging → Worldwide Shipping → Customer Feedback → Reorder & Scale

And support does not have to end after the first production.

If customers respond positively to your first custom hoodies, the next collection can be improved using actual market feedback. You may introduce another color, modify the fit, increase quantities, develop matching joggers or expand into T-shirts, sweatshirts, activewear, gymwear, streetwear or other private-label products.

This is how Elahi Vertex International wants to work with startup brands:

Not only as a factory for one order, but as a manufacturing partner that can support the brand as its products develop.

For qualifying startup brands, our hoodie offer provides another way to begin:

Order 20 Custom Hoodies → Get 1 Additional Hoodie FREE

or

Order 50 Custom Hoodies → Get 3 Additional Hoodies FREE

Start with a quantity appropriate for your business, test your product with real customers, learn from the results and increase production when demand justifies it.

You bring the vision.

You build the brand.

Together, we turn the concept into a manufacturable product.

Elahi Vertex International — helping startup brands move from vision to product, and from their first collection toward their next successful reorder.

Startup Brand Offer — Eligibility, Shipping & Important Terms

We want our startup offer to be simple and transparent. Before requesting a quotation, please review the following conditions so you know exactly what the 20+1 and 50+3 Custom Hoodies Offer includes.

Who Is Eligible for the Startup Brand Offer?

The offer is designed for startup and emerging clothing brands placing a qualifying custom hoodie order with Elahi Vertex International.

You do not need to be a Halloween-specific brand.

The offer can apply to qualifying startup brands developing streetwear, activewear, gymwear, sportswear, lifestyle apparel, creator merchandise, private-label clothing and other approved custom hoodie projects.

OFFER OPTION 1 — 20 + 1 FREE

Order and pay for 20 qualifying custom hoodies and Elahi Vertex International will manufacture 1 additional hoodie free of product/manufacturing charge.

You receive 21 total hoodies.

OFFER OPTION 2 — 50 + 3 FREE

Order and pay for 50 qualifying custom hoodies and Elahi Vertex International will manufacture 3 additional hoodies free of product/manufacturing charge.

You receive 53 total hoodies.

What Does ā€œFree Hoodieā€ Mean?

ā€œFreeā€ refers to the product/manufacturing charge of the additional qualifying hoodie(s).

The additional hoodie(s) should normally follow the same approved specifications as the paid production order, including the agreed design, fabric, GSM, color, fit, printing or embroidery and branding specifications.

The free pieces are not cash alternatives, refunds or discounts against unrelated products.

Is Shipping Free?

No. Free hoodies do not mean free international shipping.

Shipping is calculated separately according to the complete shipment.

For example:

20 + 1 offer = shipping calculated on the complete 21-piece shipment.

50 + 3 offer = shipping calculated on the complete 53-piece shipment.

International freight can vary according to destination, shipment weight, carton dimensions, courier/freight method and other logistics requirements.

For this reason, Elahi Vertex International provides the applicable shipping cost as part of the commercial quotation rather than advertising one universal shipping price.

Are Customs Duties and Import Taxes Included?

Unless specifically stated in your written quotation, destination-country customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other government/third-party destination fees are not included in the free-product offer.

Import requirements vary by country and shipment.

USA and other international buyers should review the shipping terms shown on their final quotation before confirming the order.

Is Sampling Included in the Free Hoodie Offer?

The 20+1 and 50+3 promotion applies to qualifying bulk custom hoodie production, not automatically to sample-development costs.

Where sampling is required, sample terms are handled according to the approved quotation and Elahi Vertex International’s applicable sample policy.

A sample can be particularly valuable for a new startup because it allows the brand to evaluate the product before committing to bulk production.

Can I Combine Different Products to Reach 20 or 50 Pieces?

The standard MOQ is 20 pieces per product/category.

Do not assume that unrelated products can automatically be combined to reach the promotional quantity.

For example, ordering T-shirts, shorts and hoodies together does not automatically create a 20-piece qualifying hoodie order.

If your collection contains multiple styles, colors or specifications, send the complete requirement to Elahi Vertex International so eligibility can be confirmed before payment.

Can I Customize the Free Hoodies Differently?

The additional free hoodie(s) are intended to accompany the qualifying production order.

If you request different fabrics, artwork, patterns, colors, branding, printing, embroidery or other specifications for the additional pieces, additional development or manufacturing charges may apply.

Confirm any variation before production.

Is the Offer Automatically Available on Every Order?

Offer eligibility should be confirmed by Elahi Vertex International in the written quotation before payment.

A social-media post, blog article or promotional graphic should not override the specifications, pricing, shipping terms or conditions stated in the buyer’s final approved quotation.

This protects both the startup and the manufacturer from misunderstandings.

Halloween Is the Opportunity — Startup Brands Are the Audience

This promotion is being highlighted during the Halloween season because Halloween creates a strong opportunity for USA brands to introduce limited-edition custom hoodies.

However, your brand does not need to manufacture Halloween designs to request the startup offer.

You may be developing a minimalist hoodie, oversized streetwear hoodie, gym pump cover, activewear hoodie, zip hoodie, embroidered hoodie or another approved private-label design.

The purpose of the offer is to support qualifying startup brands as they move from an idea toward real production.

Quick Offer Summary

20 paid qualifying Custom Hoodies → 1 additional hoodie free → 21 total pieces

50 paid qualifying Custom Hoodies → 3 additional hoodies free → 53 total pieces

Free = product/manufacturing charge for the qualifying additional hoodie(s).

International shipping is calculated on the complete shipment, including the additional free pieces.

Customs duties, import taxes and destination charges are separate unless specifically included in the written quotation.

Sample charges, where applicable, are handled separately under the agreed sample terms.

Final eligibility, specifications, pricing and shipping are confirmed in writing before payment.

Your Hoodie Idea Should Not Stay an Idea — Start Your Collection With Elahi Vertex International

You already have the vision.

Maybe it is a Halloween hoodie you want customers wearing this October. Maybe it is the first product for a new streetwear label. Maybe you are building an activewear brand, gymwear collection or private-label clothing business.

The next step is turning that idea into a real product your customers can actually buy.

Elahi Vertex International helps startup brands move from concept to custom manufacturing. Bring us your sketch, reference image, artwork, logo or product idea. We can discuss the manufacturing requirements needed to develop your custom hoodies around your brand.

And your startup does not need to begin with hundreds of pieces.

STARTUP BRAND OFFER

ORDER 20 CUSTOM HOODIES → GET 1 ADDITIONAL HOODIE FREE

Pay for 20. Receive 21 total hoodies.

Or, if your brand is ready for a larger launch:

ORDER 50 CUSTOM HOODIES → GET 3 ADDITIONAL HOODIES FREE

Pay for 50. Receive 53 total hoodies.

Use those additional hoodies intelligently.

Use one for your product photoshoot.

Send one to a carefully selected creator.

Use one for your Halloween launch giveaway.

Keep them as additional sellable inventory.

Or use a hoodie yourself to test the fit, fabric, printing and wash performance before your next production.

They are additional products for your startup. You decide where they create the most value.

What Can Your Brand Create?

Your hoodie does not have to look like everyone else’s.

Discuss your:

Fabric • GSM • Fit • Colors • Measurements • Printing • Puff Print • Embroidery • Artwork • Labels • Hangtags • Packaging • Sizes • Quantity

Want a heavyweight oversized Halloween hoodie?

Build it.

Want minimalist embroidered streetwear?

Develop it.

Want an oversized gym pump cover?

Create it.

Want a zip hoodie for your activewear collection?

Let’s manufacture around your requirements.

Your customers should recognize your brand, not the factory behind it.

Halloween Is Coming. Your Production Decision Comes Before Halloween.

Customers shop when the season arrives.

Brands have to prepare before customers are ready to buy.

Design development, specifications, sampling, production, quality control and international shipping all happen before the hoodie reaches your customer.

So if Halloween 2026 is part of your collection strategy, the question is not:

ā€œShould I think about launching something?ā€

The better question is:

ā€œWhat do I need to get my first product into development?ā€

You do not need a 50-page presentation to start the conversation.

Send us what you already have:

Your design or reference

Your logo/artwork

20 or 50 pieces

Preferred fabric/GSM if known

Desired colors

Size requirements

Printing or embroidery requirements

If you do not know every manufacturing specification yet, tell us what you are trying to create.

Start Small. Prove Demand. Then Scale.

We do not want a startup ordering hundreds of pieces simply because somebody convinced the founder that bigger automatically means better.

It doesn’t.

Start with a quantity your business can realistically sell.

Put the product in front of customers.

Measure what happens.

If customers love it, come back stronger.

Your journey could become:

20 → 50 → 100 → 300 → Larger Repeat Production

Your first order is the beginning.

The reorder is the proof.

Do not spend another month endlessly changing mockups while the selling season moves forward.
